The solar configuration is 100% solar-powered with an onboard battery, so it operates completely independent of trailer power. Solar recharge keeps the battery topped off, extending its life while reducing the environmental footprint. It’s the ideal choice for non-powered assets, chassis, and trailers where a wired power source isn’t available.

Floor space percentage, vertical volume percentage, load distribution, equipment left in the trailer (jacks, pallets, dunnage), gaps in the freight, load shifts, and people. Every reading is timestamped and logged automatically in Connect1.
Floor space measures how much of the trailer floor is covered by freight. Volume measures how much of the three-dimensional interior space is occupied. A trailer can show 100% floor coverage while still having significant vertical space remaining, which matters especially for LTL operations where freight height varies by shipment. CargoVision reports both.
