Opt-In Instructions

  • Navigate to My Account after logging in. In the Contact Information section, enter your mobile phone number. Your number will be automatically verified, indicated by a Verified badge next to the phone number field.
  • In the Notification Settings section, enable the SMS toggle. The SMS toggle is off by default and must be explicitly enabled by the user.
  • By providing your phone number and checking SMS below, you consent to receive notifications from Phillips Connect Alerts. SMS consent is not required to use the Connect1 platform. The following disclosure is presented:

“By providing your phone number and checking SMS below, you consent to receive notifications from Phillips Connect Alerts. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help. You may also manage your preferences in My Account at any time.”

Opt-Out Instructions

  • Users can opt out at any time by replying STOP from their mobile device
  • Users can also disable SMS notifications by turning off the SMS toggle in Notification Settings within My Account page
  • Upon opting out, no further SMS messages will be sent
  • Users who have opted out may re-enable SMS notifications at any time by replying START, UNSTOP, or SUBSCRIBE from their mobile device, or by returning to Notification Settings in My Account and enabling the SMS toggle

Message Type

Phillips Connect SMS messages are transactional in nature and include alerts such as critical system notifications, asset status updates, and operational events. These messages are not promotional or marketing messages.
