PROTECTING EVERY LOAD
We know data security is non-negotiable. That’s why Connect1 is built on a secure, scalable infrastructure designed to meet the strictest standards.

CONNECT1
A smart trailer platform is a system that collects and organizes data from sensors on a trailer. It shows information such as location, tire pressure, brake health, cargo status, and door activity in real time. Fleet managers use this data to reduce downtime, improve safety, and get more value from every trailer.
Connect1 helps fleets save money by reducing unplanned downtime, preventing roadside breakdowns, and improving trailer utilization. The platform provides predictive maintenance alerts and advanced analytics, which means issues can be fixed before they become costly and trailers are kept in service longer.
It’s an advanced software system that uses data from sensors on the trailer (like hubometers, brake stroke sensors, temperature sensors, and vibration analyzers) combined with AI and machine learning to predict component failures before they happen. It moves beyond scheduled maintenance to condition-based maintenance, fixing issues precisely when needed.
Preventive maintenance: based on time or mileage intervals (e.g., “check brakes every 50,000 miles”). This can lead to replacing parts that are still good or missing issues that occur between scheduled services.
Predictive maintenance: based on the actual condition of the component. It analyzes real-time data to identify early warning signs of wear and failure, allowing you to schedule repairs only when necessary, optimizing parts and labor.
By analyzing data patterns, it can predict a wide range of issues, including:
Brake failures: identifying irregular brake stroke patterns or overheating.
Wheel-end bearing failures: detecting abnormal heat and vibration signatures from hubs.
Suspension system wear: analyzing ride quality and alignment data.
Tire blowouts: going beyond TPMS by correlating pressure and temperature data with wear patterns.
Refrigeration unit (reefer) compressor issues: identifying efficiency drops and unusual strain.
